Sunset December 13, 2022

Lord God, thank You for today. Thank You for family, friends and fellowship. Lord God, thank You for this reader. Lord God, help this reader focus on You. Thank You Jesus that Your Holy Spirit indwells us, motivates us and sustains us.

Lord God, as You hold the whole world in Your Hands, may we never forget that You hold our personal lives in Your Hands as well.

Thank You Lord that no two sunsets are the same, just as there are no two Christians alike. Lead us Lord. Although there is nothing new under the sun, may we continue to dwell in You each day and apply old truths as well as new truths from Your Word in our lives.

Lord, bless and guide this reader. May this reader know that Jesus loves them and so do I. Thank You Holy Trinity for the opportunity to see another day. In Jesus’s Name I pray. Amen.

      1. We’re ok. Currently staying awake (0115 hrs here) to warm the house…I’ve turned the heating up a bit (our older boys forgot to turn in their oil filled radiator which lifts their room temperature).

Our heating stays on 24/7, but a little extra was needed tonight. The timer is too complex!!

Joys of being a dad! Totally worth it though. My family goes to sleep while I do my bit to make them warmer.

Very busy with some good stuff.

Most exciting is the new website we’re working on………exciting for me as it means I have someone I can ask for help!!

Freezing and foggy conditions here the last few days. But todays delivery of logs is most welcome!

        How’s you and yours?

      2. You are such a good dad, Andy! Praise God for your genuine love for your family!!! Life has been crazy with ministry opportunities. So thankful for the opportunities. I have one final on Friday and one on Saturday so I will be busy the next few days preparing for those. I seriously hate tests!!!!!

So excited for y’all and your new website!!! 🧡🧡🧡🙏🙏🙏

      3. Websites are usually just websites….but ours is the at the very centre of everything we do. So it was upsetting when we spent so much time, earlier this year, switching to a video based wordpress theme, for it to create so many issues we can’t solve

No such issues with the new system we’re working on 🙂.

And God provided a way to get it set up that was way outside of our natural ability (no way we could pay for that ourselves, but God knew of a route that wasn’t dependent on the BerryBunch 🙂).

It is very exciting and we can’t wait to share something of it. We officially launch 1st February 😁, God willing…

You’ve a great attitude towards those opportunities. Ace!!

Tests are things I’ve avoided where I can…I feel your pain!

As my grandparents repeatedly told me: “if you’ve done your best then you’ve already suceeded.” ☺️

      1. Thanks, Mandy! Corinne is doing slightly better but still struggling. Whenever she gets a cold she coughs and coughs during the night for weeks on end, but this is extreme. It’s like a death rattle and I’m not exaggerating.

      2. Thanks, Mandy! Her doctor prescribed a cough medicine to use at night, but I’m not convinced the patient is diligently following instructions. Will follow up.

  1. I do love your prayers, Mandy. No two believers and no two sunsets are the same. This means we should give each other a break on non-essentials. There’s a whole lot of judgment being passed around christendom. Some of it is both unhelpful and unnecessary.

  3. Love those yellow sunsets Mandy. Yes, no two alike but all have their beauty.
It’s been a cloudy cold month here. Icy snowflakes coming down as a prelude to a winter storm system here which makes the fish bite.
No two believers alike but we have some common qualities out of our uncommon personalities. I pray Christ’s likeness become more common among believers.

  4. Hello dear Mandy, was thinking of you this morning and now prayed here with you.
I noticed others commented on “…no two Christians alike”. I was thinking the same, as different as our body parts – as long as they’re connected to the same Head!
Love to you and Nathan, PQ too! 😀
