I cannot believe this is my fourth post celebrating PQ’s birthday! I have to say in this past year, my love, affection and attachment to PQ has really grown. I think about PQ’s demise almost daily, asking God to prepare my heart for that horrible day. I know that sounds morbid; however, we never know when it will be our last day or our loved one’s last day. It is my hope and prayer to make the most of the time that I have in this life. Thank you for celebrating PQ’s birthday, I am so thankful for you dear reader!!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Lord God, thank You for love, fellowship and friendship. Lord God, thank You for PQ and for the love and joy that he brings to peoples lives, especially mine. Lord God, help us to be loyal and make the most of the time that You have given to us. Teach us Lord to number our days. Help us to trust You Lord in our aging process. Thank You Lord for this reader. Thank You Lord for the loving kindness this reader shows toward me and my family. Lord God, bless this reader today. In Jesus’s Name I pray. Amen.

  6. Happy Birthday PQ! What a cutie! I think it’s a great practice to treasure those we love in light of the fact that they won’t always be with us. I lost a cat suddenly when she was only 4-1/2 years old and now I try to treasure all my babies with the knowledge that they are a gift for a time and a season. Have fun celebrating!

      1. He is doing fine. Sleeping right next to me. It is Saturday morning here and he got up had his breakfast and a bit of fun and cuddles and is snoozing 😴.

  16. PQ’s eyes are so inviting! I love looking into my dogs eyes too. I also completely understand your feelings of when he passes. Having had dogs in my life since 1982, it is so incredibly sad that a being who gives you unconditional love lives such a short live span. It breaks my heart each time.

  17. Finally some cheerful news! Hey PQ, you landed in the right home. I was just thanking the Lord this morning for bringing Starry to us, a love assignment!! PQs the same!!
